Why You Should Trust My NutriMill Artiste Review

1. Footprint

One of the biggest factors a person will take into consideration when they're thinking of expanding their kitchen gadget collection will be how much space it takes up on their kitchen counter or how easy it will be to store if they don't use it very often.

Will The Nutrimill Artiste Fit Under My Kitchen Cabinets?

Unlike a lot of other stand mixers, this Nutrimill Artiste will tuck under your kitchen cabinets and allow functionality while they are placed there.

There is no hinge top like some of the other mixers to change out attachments. Just unscrew the lid, switch out attachments, screw the lid back on, and get to mixing.

If you prefer to store your kitchen gadgets away when not in use, the Nutrimill Artiste makes this easy to do. The mixing bowl comes apart from the base of the mixer and the cord is retractable.

• The cord pulls out with ease. I will say it is not quite as easy to get back into the base of the machine as it is to get out. If you are planning on storing the mixer away after each use, this could be a small time-consuming task.

2. Capacity

Compared to other brands of stand mixers, the Nutrimill Artiste has a very large bowl. This lets you mix large quantities of food at one time. The bowl can hold up to 6.5 quarts of ingredients.

3. Ease of Use/Functions

The Nurtimill Artiste comes with six different speed settings, plus a pulse function. The speed functions are simply labeled 1-6. They are not labeled according to what kind of item you're trying to mix or for which attachment you're wanting to use.

This is a very powerful stand mixer. The motor has 650 watts of power to produce fast and effective results. When any stand mixer has this much power, it can be prone to 'walking' when in use. To prevent it from vibrating off of the countertop, it comes with suction cups to lock it any countertop surface.

4. Ease Of Cleaning

The Nutrimill Artiste is surprisingly easy to clean. After each use, here is how you can clean your stand mixer:

• Take off the stand mixer lid by turning counter clockwise.
• Take the bowl of the mixer by turning it counter clockwise.
• Use warm, soapy water to wash the lid and bowl.
• Towel dry.
• Use a damp cloth to wipe down all other parts of the stand mixer that can not be taken apart.

The bowl is very smooth and lightweight (while still being very durable) so it is simple to hand wash.

One thing you should take note of is that the bowl is NOT dishwasher safe. The whisks and bread hook are safe to use in the dishwasher.

5. Price

If you're wanting to purchase a quality stand mixer, be prepared to pay more than you would for a smaller, less functional kitchen gadget.

In my opinion, price isn't always about how much something costs, but for the functionality it offers for the amount of money you invest in it.

Compared to the price of some of the other similar leading stand mixers, this one is appropriately priced, if not slightly less expensive.

Would I Buy This?

What is the perfect stand mixer for one person may not be the perfect stand mixer for another person. Here are a few helpful hints to help you decide if this stand mixer is the right one for you.

• Do not currently have a stand mixer
• Are not happy with your current stand mixer
• Do a lot of baking
• Like the attachment options for the NutriMill Artiste and want to expand your kitchen gadget collection
• Want a durable piece of equipment that will outperform a lot of other stand mixers
• Are tired of cleaning up messes from ingredients splattering when you use another type of stand mixer

Pass On This If

• You've already invested in another high quality stand mixer and attachments
